About your order

Can I reserve products?

We will hold your item for one month free of charge from the date of purchase. If you would like to hold your item for more than one month, we will charge you 3% of the sales price as a storage fee for each additional month. Please contact us if you would like to do so.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations of orders, exchanges, returns, or refunds for any reason. All products are antique or vintage, so please understand that scratches and stains are part of the character of the product. Also, please check the size while taking into consideration not only the installation location but also the entrance. For these reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, so if you have any concerns, please ask us in advance.

I would like to pick up the item I want to purchase in person.

Delivery is possible at our physical store, IWARE kagawa (Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture). In that case, shipping will be free, so please contact us before ordering and paying.

Regarding delivery

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We will ship your order within 7 business days. (Please check for items that require maintenance or large furniture.) In some cases, we may need to repair the item before shipping it out, so please order with plenty of time in mind. If you are in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order. Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or damage that occurs during delivery.

How long does it take for my order to arrive after it has been shipped?

It takes about 5 days to 1 week on average from shipping to delivery nationwide. Depending on the size of the furniture, delivery method and schedule, it may take about 10 days to 2 weeks. Please understand that unlike general parcel delivery, it takes a certain amount of time to deliver furniture.

Can I specify the arrival date and time?

Generally, we do not accept inquiries, but we will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us.

About rental

I understand that you offer a one-year rental service, but is it possible to rent for a shorter period?

Yes, it is possible. However, please note that the fee structure is different. Also, the contract will be valid for a total sales amount of 110,000 yen or more (tax included).
