We will ship your order within 7 business days. (Please check with us for items that require maintenance or large furniture.)
In some cases, we may need to repair the item before sending it out, so please place your order with plenty of time in mind. If you are in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or damage that occurs during delivery.

It takes an average of 5 days to 1 week from shipping to arrival across the country.
Depending on the size of the furniture, delivery method and schedule, it may take 10 days to 2 weeks.
Please understand that unlike regular parcel deliveries, furniture delivery takes a certain amount of time.

[About reservation and storage]
We will hold the item for free for one month from the date of purchase.
For items held for more than one month, a storage fee of 3% of the sales price will be charged for each additional month.

All of our products are unique antiques or vintage items, so please understand that scratches and stains are part of the item's character.
