Monthly rental of antique furniture

In addition to selling antiques, IWARE also offers a subscription (monthly) rental service.

<Price structure>
Application fee: 15% of the total product sales price
Monthly rental fee: 2.8% of the total sales price of all products

For example, if the total price of your items is 1 million yen (excluding tax)...

Application fee: 150,000 yen (excluding tax)
Rental fee = 28,000 yen (excluding tax) / month

You can use antiques worth a total of 1 million yen for just 28,000 yen per month.

The contract is renewed every year, and one month after the end of the 12-month rental period is given as a free consideration period. During this period, you can carefully consider the contents of the next contract, such as adding, replacing, or returning furniture.

It has been very well received by photo studios who want to change their photography backgrounds regularly, and wedding venues who want to renovate regularly.

Additionally, subscription services have low initial costs, so they are also recommended for those who are opening a new store and want to keep their budget low.

* Contracts can be made for a total product sales price of 1.1 million yen or more (tax included).
